The highly rated Villiera Bush Vine Sauvignon Blanc is a single vineyard wine made exclusively from older, low yielding untrellised vines. This form of training results in a different style of Sauvignon Blanc. The denser canopy provides more shade on the bunches resulting in grassier, herbaceous flavours and the limited yield ensures greater intensity.
Wine Cellaring: The Bush Vine Sauvignon Blanc also has potential to improve with maturation for up to 3 years. Tasting Notes: An intensely flavoured Sauvignon Blanc with hints of greenpepper, fig and flint on the nose. The palate is fresh and lively with a long finish and good balance.
