| Vinification |
4-5 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 30 ºC. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation wine was matured in 225 lit. French Nevers oak barrels for 26 months, 50 % new oak and 50 % second fill. |
| Product Description |
Full-bodied deep red Cabernet Sauvignon with blackberry flavours on taste. An excellent balance between fruit, wood and tannin. Will last in the bottle for at least 5-7 years. |
