4-5 Days on the skins in open fermentersat 30 ºC. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation wines matured in 225 lit. French Nevers oak barrels for 18-20 months, 33,3 % new oak, 33,3 % second fill and 33,3 % third fill. |
| Product Description |
Medium to full bodied red colour. Typical nutty and berry fruit on the nose. A good balance on the taste between fruit, wood, tannin and acid. A wine for earlier consumption but that will last in the bottle for at least 3-5 years. |
