4-5 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 30 ºC. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation wines matured in 225 lit. French Nevers oak barrels for 26 months, 50 % new oak and 50 % second fill. |

A deep red colour. Enormous amount of red and black berry flavours, complimented with balanced woodflavours, forming a well structured and balanced wine. A wine that will mature for 5-7 years. |
