Vinification 5 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 30 ºC. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation wines are matured in 225 lit. French Nevers oak barrels for 18 months, 33,3 % new oak, 33,3 % second fill and 33,3 % third fill.
Product Description Full bodied, deep red – Cabernet Sauvignon fruit flavours well balanced with oak, acid and tannins.
