| Vinification |
4-5 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 28 ºC. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation wines matured in 225 lit. French Nevers oak barrels for 21 months. (Barrels are from 5 coopers and 33,3 % are new). |
| Product Description |
A full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with nutty, berry and violet flavours on nose and taste. A rich balanced wine with the oak and fruit in harmony. A long aftertaste – will last in the bottle for at least 8 years. Will go well with red meat and game. |
