| Vinification |
4 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 30 ºC. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation wines are matured in French Nevers oak – 2nd and 3rd fill. |
| Product Description |
A full bodied blend with a deep red colour, excellent balance between fruit and oak, and a long aftertaste. A wine for drinking now but that will age in the bottle for at least another 3-5 years. |
