A blend dominated by 70 % Chardonnay and 30 % Pinot Noir from selected vineyards. The vineyards were slow ripening and planted to the champagne clones of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. A full- bodied, sparkling wine with warm biscuit aromas, rich colour and lively mousse, given added complexity by the length of time spent on the lees. A stylish wine for everyday drinking, it complements all desserts.
