TASTING NOTES A fruity (pear/melon toned), light-bodied, semi-sweet white wine with scents of honey, complementary to Thai or Indian cuisine. THE HARVEST The grapes were harvested at 21.5 - 23º Balling. Yield: 8 - 10 tons/ha IN THE CELLAR Destalk; ferment; filter; cold stabalised; kieselghur filtrated.
