4-5 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 30ºC. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation wines was matured in 225 litre French Nevers oak barrels for 26 months, 90 % new oak and 10 % second fill. |

Deep red colour. An abundance of blackberry fruit and oak flavours forming a complex and well structured though elegant wine. A wine that will mature for at least 8-12 years. |
