4-5 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 30 ºC. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation wines matured in 225 lit. French Nevers oak barrels for 24 months, 100 % new oak. |

A deep red colour. An abundance of blackberry fruit and oak flavours forming a complex and well structured wine. A wine that will mature for at least 7-10 years. |
