Climate A very cool and wet growing season with uneven heat and windy conditions during ripening stage which caused delayed sugar formation. An average vintage with balanced drinkable wine.

Yield 4 - 5 Tons/ha – 3 200 litres/ha
Vinification 4-5 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 30 ºC. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation wines matured in 225 lit. French Nevers oak barrels for 24 months, 100 % new oak.
Product Description A deep red colour. An abundance of blackberry fruit and oak flavours forming a complex and well structured wine. A wine that will mature for at least 7-10 years.
