| Vinification |
5 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 28 ºC. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation wines matured in 225 lit. French Nevers oak barrels for 22 months, 80 % new oak and 20 % second fill. |

Full bodied, deep red – complex fruit and oak flavours with a long aftertaste. A wine that will mature for at least 7-8 years in the bottle. |
