Vinification 5 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 29 °C. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation for 20 months in Sequin Moreau oak (225 lit.) 50 % new oak and 50 % 2nd fill.
Product Description Full bodied, complex red wine with fruit flavours that is well in balance with the oak, tannin and acid of the wine. A wine that will last for at least 6-8 years. It will go well with roasts, red meat and game.
