| Vinification |
5 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 29 ºC. Punch cap by hand. After malolactic fermentation wines matured in 225 lit. Sequin Moreau oak barrels for 22 months, 50 % new oak and 50 % second fill. |
| Product Description |
A full bodied complex red wine with fruit flavours that is well in balance with the oak, tannin and acid of the wine. A wine that will last for at least 6-8 years. It will go well with roasts, red meat and game. |
