3-4 Days on the skins in open fermenters at 28 ºC. Punch cap by hand every two hours in the beginning of fermentation. After malolactic fermentation aged in new 225 lit. French oak for 14 months. |

A deep red full bodied Pinotage with complex black and red berry and oak flavours on the palate that will integrate well with bottle age. A wine that will last at least 5-8 years in the bottle. |
