TASTING NOTES
Colour: Pale straw with green hues.
Nose: Appealing refreshing green apple, with hints of lemon and grass aromas.
Palate: Undoubtedly dry, with the fruity flavours of green apples and a steely crisp refreshing finish and after taste.
Overall: A crisp, very dry very drinkable refreshing wine.

The grapes are sourced from various vineyards, each selected for producing the desired fruit and quality required for the blend.
IN THE CELLAR
Each varietal is vinified separately to ensure true varietal character. Blended with great care to retain the consistency of style, taste and quality. The winemaker’s challenge is to keep Premier Grand Cru true to the style it's had for decades.
