TASTING NOTES
An un-wooded,medium bodied wine with obvious Sauvignon Blanc characteristics. Fresher tasting, weightier at 14% alcohol and a brighter fruit intensity than the 2000 vintage. Racy/feline wild shrub ( “perdepisbos”) sniffs for the olfactively adventurous. ( quoted from the 2002 John Platters)
