TASTING NOTES
Colour: Light yellow with shades of green
Nose: Lively green fruit character from Sauvignon Blanc
Palate: Fresh fruity character is rounded off by the fullness of Chardonnay. Overall it has well balanced fruit flavours and rounded palate with a lively finish.
IN THE VINEYARD
Selected vineyard with own individual characteristics and optimum ripeness for both cultivars.
THE HARVEST
Grapes harvested at phenolic ripeness to ensure optimum fruit development.
IN THE CELLAR
After cold fermentation of 14ºC Sauvignon Blanc is left on the lees for approximately 30 days. Chardonnay is also made in a style to enhance maximum fruit. Two months bottle maturation before release.
