Stellenbosch is the area of origin of all the grapes that are used in the Skilpadvlei wines. The temperate climate of the region is enhanced by the cool sea breeze from False Bay, cooling the vineyards in the late afternoons and evenings during summer. These factors contribute to the unique characteristics and flavour components in our wines.

This wine is a blend between 70% Colombar and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. The wine appears clear and bright with hints of green and light yellow colour. The nose is clean and crisp with intense green aromas. Combination of fresh asparagus, green peppers and grass follow through to the palate and combine with the wines lively acidity.
